Greenwich Terrace
Legacy, Complete

								Project Information
Greenwich Terrace was one of Toronto’s very first office-to-residential conversions, completed in 1996. Featuring 54 suites with oversized terraces and balconies, the five-storey building is a fixture among the popular strip of residential buildings on Merton Street that overlook the north side of the lush foliage of Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Midtown Toronto.
